.....I had to put a cat down. She was making messes in the house, and none of the others liked her. I am very leary of letting someone else take care of one of my animals if I needed to let them go. So I stood there, making sure she saw me (balling like a baby) as the doc put a needle in her vein and put her out. This pink stuff anesthetizes her, then her little heart just stops. I would never just leave an animal to let someone else do that. If it was me, I'd want someone I knew to stand beside me till I went to sleep.

.....Lewis is closing up shop. He needs to take care of stuff. It's like seeing your favorite neighbor packing up the car and driving away. Hopefully he'll be back.

.....a friend in the blogworld was just "let go," as he put it. You work for a company, make them a shitload of money, and this is how they show you their appreciation. I have no doubt he will be ok.

.....where the hell is Blade? Is he still alive? I assume he is, or his friends Jack and Trash would have said something. Damn cops.

.....tornadoes everywhere...it's THAT time of year...I hate that about Spring. Oh well...at least I can run from it.

.....I miss my friends...I miss Britt...you little shit...when are we going to the movies again? I miss Nikki...you little shit...when are we going to eat at Applebees and drink margaritas? My friends at the lab in Peoria...at least we're trying to get together once in a while...possibly some card games on a Saturday night. I miss my sister...and my niece...my dad...my grandma...and my cat.
